Moondance Flow

Although a strong(ish) physical practice, we approach the practice with a meditative, gentle attitude. The qualities of the moon, rather then the sun. Its all about how you approach your practice. A gentle Moon flow warm up leadig into standing poses, leading up to standing balances like Half moon pose / Ardha Chandrasana, Sugar Cane pose / Chapasana and from Chapasana you are taught a juicy transition into Dancer pose / Natarajasana.
