A strong(ish) class that starts in a Supta Baddha Konasana, slowly making your way up to Cat - Cow and Puppy Dog. Moving into a standing poses flow that opens the hips, hamstrings, spine, shoulders and heart. This sequence invites you to get back into your body during or after traveling, or in any chaotic circumstance. You will feel present and grounded and certainly energized after the backbends at the end. Props needed: a bolster or stack of pillows.
