Fire and water practice

Keep a block handy for shorter hamstrings. These two contrasting energies will complement each other in a practice that will invigorate your body and breath. Using Mula Bandha to direct the energy up the body and combining with the Fire breath Pranayama will get you ready for an invigorating practice. You will be igniting the fire in your body with hip opening poses and arm balances.  In the second part, you will cool down, allowing the energy to calm and relax with Sitali Pranayama and connecting the water element with soothing pelvic and hip openers again, so you will leave your practice feeling clear headed and invigorated for what's to come!  With Trikonasana, Parighasana, Vashistasana variation, Visvamitrasana variation, Prasarita Padottanasana, Utkatasana, Upavista Konasana, Kurmasana and more
