Confident and calm - Yin/Yang Yoga practice

We practice the refreshing, dynamic and energising Dragon Sequence to warm up, uplift, comfort and give confidence. Followed by a calming Yin Yoga practice where we look at the liver and gallbladder energy (connected with anger). Wonderful strong sequence to challenge the muscles, a deep seated sequence to work deeply into the hips. My favourite way of practicing yoga.
