In this class, you will learn what muscles to activate and how to align your body to cultivate your core strength and practice Chaturangas safely and effectively. With Tadasana stretches, Yogic push-ups, Phalankasana (Plank pose), Crescent lunge, Chaturanga Dandasana, Surya Namaskara.聽
