For this class, keep a belt handy. A straight to the point class that leads you through some shoulder openings, thigh openers and baby backends, to the deeper backbends Ustrasana and Urdhva Dhanurasana.  Working specifically to align, activate and open the body.  With Bhujangasana, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana, Salabhasana, Dhanurasana, Urdhva Dhanurasana. Can be taken together with the Urdhva Dhanurasana tutorial for modifications.
