Preparation for the 108 Sun Salutations. We warm up, practice 10 Sun Salutations, and we finish with a cool down and relaxation to incorporate the benefits. Remember your modifications and options to visualize some Sun Salutations. You can also chant Ohm 10 times instead, or half half. The invitation is to stay on the mat with us for the whole duration, but to practice what suits your body. Please make sure you have watched the modifications video if you haven't done so already, so you can make wise choices and enjoy this program whilst keeping your body safe.
