Grounding and flying

Firstly we warm up, we then hold some grounding poses for 5 breaths, to settle the mind and relax the system. Next we start to unravel Paul Grilley's "Flying Dragon" sequence and practice the whole sequence a few times. We finish with a twist, some hip openers, a backbend and Supta Padangustasana. During Savasana you get a chance to absorb all the energy you created and more.. Hope you will all enjoy it yogis...
