Fundamentals of Yoga: to backbends from Warrior I

In this practice, we breakdown all the actions from Warrior I (Viradbadrasana I) and work on the abdominal actions of Chaturanga Dandasana. We'll use the Inversions in a different way to open the shoulders and have all the component parts that are necessary to safely build up your backbends.
Props needed: bolster and block.
