At times, we can build up so much stress that we simply cannot "just relax" anymore.  This class is meant to take you on a vigorous journey and let you experience activating and heating up your body, so that they can release more easily at the end of the practice and make room for a deeper and relaxing breath.  This will bring you to a deeper and calmer state of being.
