Yoga + breath: Overcoming chest breathing

Props for this class are: a blanket to sit on and two blocks or a chair with armrests. In this easy to follow class, we will explore the breath to cultivate a deep and calming breath. Many people breathe only in the chest and this has a big influence on their body and mind.  By deepening the breath through guided exercises, you will learn to establish a more aware and energizing breath that will lead to a more peaceful state of being as well as create more vitality.  With Cat/Cow, Adho Mukha Svanasana / Downward Dog, Anjaneyasana / Lunge, Bhujangasana / Cobra, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana / Bridge Pose and basic Pranayama
