A flower meditation

Embrace the essence of mother nature encapsulated in a flower! For this meditation you will need a flower (thornless and scented if possible) or any natural object, an apple, a leaf or whatever. Using your different senses, you find the delight within through the beauty, touch and fragrance of nature. The practice begins with some tantric nadi shodhana to cultivate the right frame of mind as you are then guided through a meditation of the senses of sight, touch and smell. 聽
