Elbow tutorial and flow

Many elbow problems start when traction in the joint is not optimal.  In this short tutorial you will learn how to create the alignment in your forearm and upper arm to ensure healthy traction. After that, we’ll practice a Surya Namaskara / Sun Salutation to apply the actions in all poses in the salutation
