Calm the brain with Nadhi Sodhana / alternate nostril breathing, beside that relax the body with twisting the spine, opening the side body, a relaxing forward bend and a supported inversion. Make sure you adjust the poses as needed, sitting up on a stack of blankets or firm pillow, bending knees or using the wall. Good night!
