Pregnancy yoga: Pelvic floor exercises

For this tutorial, make yourself comfortable, on the floor or seated on a chair. No props needed. In pregnancy, the pelvic floor becomes of vital importance as a support for the abdominal organs during pregnancy.  At birth, the pelvic floor needs to relax and open up fully.  It is extremely helpful for new moms-to-be to be able to locate, release and  exercise the pelvic in order to have awareness and support.  This class will guide you through some basic exercises to teach you just that.
