Yoga for better sleep 1

Join me for 10 minutes just before you go to bed. We set the intention to clear our heads and body before we go to bed. It is so important to go to bed relaxed and calm. Your sleep will be of another quality and your next day will start already from a better place. It is helpful if you are ready to hop into bed, right after this practice! Make sure you adjust the poses as needed, sitting up on a stack of blankets or firm pillow, bending knees or using the wall. Enjoy your sleep.... Props needed: a bolster, pillows, blocks..
