This unique class offers the opportunity to experience ourselves in your asana practice. Andrew guides you through each practice giving verbal instruction and alterations and then you repeat the movement yourself in silence so you can feel and experience for yourselves. You will experience a variation on a vedic sun salutation, classical standing and sitting postures, with instruction and then magically, with your own intuition.
