Pregnancy yoga: Trusting meditation

For this meditation, light a candle, get your comfy scarf and anything to make you feel at ease.  All props you need to sit in ease for about 10 minutes. You can do this meditation after a Prenatal class ("Trusting your bodies wisdom") or on its own if you feel worried or stressed.  The focus of this meditation is on letting go.  Release of the feeling of control, returning to the experience of your breath and the feeling of your body.  Your connection to your shifting body and the trust you put in the process of nature, will help you to calm your nerves and find a deep, peaceful state within yourself.
