This practice also includes body sensing and breath sensing meditations, as well as exploring what it is to rest in, and as, awareness. The opening talk reveals the deepest teachings of yoga nidra: that as we explore awareness and understand ourselves as the witness of our experience, we uncover our true nature as already healed, whole, and healthy.
