Prenatal yoga: Trust in your body's wisdom

You will need a belt, bolster and blocks for this class. During pregnancy, so many things in your body and mind are changing in a short time. Worry and anxiety can come up in this process. This makes you feel less connected to your body and to your baby. Take this class as a reminder to come back into your breath and into your body. To consciously see, feel and experience the changes happening and to practice to deeply trust that your body knows what to do. You only have to align yourself with the flow of nature to relax and enjoy the journey. In this class the focus is on the neck and shoulders. With Pranayama, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Parsvottanasana, Setu Bandha Sarvangasana.
