Create space, good healthy space. First of all in your joints, with a warm up going through all the major joints of the body. Next we create space and fullness in the back body and side body and we take all that openess and good space with us in some backbending postures, like Cobra pose / Bhujangasana, locust pose/ Shalabasana, Bow pose/ Dhanurasana, Upward facing dog pose / Urdhva mukha svanasana, Camel pose / Ustrasana. Finally we cool it down with some counterposes and Savasana. Enjoy all the space you create in this class but also have worked towards in the previous 2 weeks..
