Grounding and connecting

Prenatal yoga - For this class you will need a bolster and blanket. Two blocks and a chair are optional. When you are pregnant, big changes happen very quickly. In order to be able to deal with change and to be able to relax in your body, grounding is necessary. To feel the support of the ground underneath and to be able to anchor your body will help you to find the trust to let go and connect to your growing baby more deeply. In this class, you will cultivate this sense of grounding through standing postures and in seated postures through the feet and hips. At the end, you will be able to surrender your body into a deeper relaxation. With Tadasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana, Parsvakonasana, Trikonasana, Janu Sirsasana
