Mindful mellow flow 4

The next session in the series of classes that move at a slow flowing pace to de-stress body and mind. This class begins by lying on the floor and you need a belt for the first pose, Supta Padangustasana. From there, a few other lying on the ground hip openers and spinal releasers moves into a gentle wave of poses focusing on the side body, twists and the hips for the feeling of really letting go.
