A flowing practice to wake you up maybe in the morning or after a stressful day with an emphasis on the hips. starting down on the mat with some awakening articulations, the practice builds pace moving through Warrior variations and wide legged forward bend variations, moving back down onto the mat, experience hip opening forward bends, Turtle variations with maybe a short journey into Pincha Mayurasana. The practice finishes with Rabbit Pose and a short relaxation.
