Let go of the old and make space for a new way of being. A creative steady detox flow with lots of twists and standing poses to get your year off to a good start. Your back will certainly feel wonderful afterwards. Some of the poses practiced are: Lunges, Crescent Prayer Lunge + variations, Dancing Warrior Flow, Tree Pose / Vrksasana, Marichyasana, Seated Forward Bend / Paschimottanasana and a Restorative Bridge Pose. Props needed: 1 or 2 blocks.
