Mindful mellow flow Vinyasa III

The Mindful Mellow Flow is designed as a 'gentle' flow practice of movement and breath to help relax and de-stress. We start over the bolster in Supta Baddha Konasana to drop a few layers deeper into the subtle world... away from the distractions of the world. After the relaxation, the practice moves through flowing Sun Salute variations with arm circles and pulses to free the shoulders from tension. Adding in some twists and hip openers bring the flow to a close with a well rounded practice to wash away tensions and cultivate a mellow vibe…
