A beginners morning practice

Gently awaken your body, feel your breath, experience your spirit with this yoga practice. Suitable for most people. Andrew guides you through a series of seated twists, forwards bends and semi supine back bends. You will be lovingly led to standing, grounding yourself with the earth, your spirit soaring to the heavens. Experience a Triangle Pose and Warrior Two variation and then things begin to quieten down as you return to the mat for Sphinx posture and then lying down for a short relaxation.
