Short wake up yoga flow

A few poses to wake up body, mind and energetic body! You are guaranteed feel great after this little practice! Good to do if you are short on time and still want to feel you have started the day with yoga. Work on the whole body with shoulder openers, side stretches, hip openers, core-work, forward bends and backbends. May your day be wonderful, harmonious and relaxed.
