Mindfully energize with yoga

This is an active yoga class with moments of rest to allow us to be and feel exactly as we are. If you are attracted to an energizing class, you will most likely feel somewhat tired. It is important we rest too, that we give space to exactly what we feel. This way we can go through the tiredness and come out on the other side. The energy will start flowing again, and we'll feel re-energized!
