In this video we take a look at Chapter 2 of the Bhagavad Gita. One of the most ancient books of wisdom of India which helped to form the foundations of the practice of yoga as we know it. In this talk we explore the nature of our true selves, the temporality of our bodies and how this is relevant for how we conduct ourselves in everyday life.
