Honouring the goddess

We are all a delicate balance between the masculine and the feminine aspect. This practice (for men and women) embraces our feminine qualities. Using yoni mudra, moon visualisations and beginning with a variation of the moon salutation, let your divine goddess shine. The yoga practice moves through a flowing warrior into Goddess posture with side flections and down into a Garland posture variation, Butterfly, and a Wide legged seated posture with a twist. The goddess or feminine aspect is then honoured with a mudra and simple visualisation.
