Fundamentals of Yoga: Sthira and Sukha

The concepts of Stira (steadiness, effort) and Sukha (ease) from the yoga sutras are introduced in this practice leading to Urdhva Dhanurasana (Upward facing bow pose) and Viparita Dandasana ( Two legged inverted staff pose).
