Lovely short practice that will make you feel grounded, calm and energized afterwards! You can do this anytime of the day. I personally like to start many mornings with this practice if I feel like a calm and balanced start of the day and I don't have that much time. Some of the poses practiced: Nadi Sodhana, Supta Padangustasana, Sirsasana / Headstand or Vipariti Karani / Legs up the wall pose, Paschimottanasana.
