Hatha yoga for beginners part 5: full yoga class

This full yoga class of 60 minutes culminates all that we have learned in the Hatha yoga for beginners series. Less explanation, more movement. We will of course add some new poses too. We warm the body up a bit differently and we add the baby backbends. Enjoy this full yoga class yogis!
