Hatha yoga for beginners part 4: seated poses

We will repeat all we have learned in the previous classes and add alignment principles of some of the most used seated asanas (postures). The seated poses we will practice are called: Pigeon pose / Eka Pada Rajakapotasana, Staff pose / Dandasana, Head to Knee pose / Janu Sirsasana, Boat pose / Navasana, Baddha Konasana / Butterfly pose, Seated Forward bend / Paschimottanasana, Seated twist / Half Lord of the Fishes pose.
