Hatha yoga for beginners part 2: sun salutations

During this short yoga class we will review the poses learned in part 1, we will then string them together and practice a Sun Salutation A. New poses added are Lunges and Crescent pose, and you will learn the Lunge Salutation as well, often practiced in Hatha Yoga classes. You will also learn Crescent pose and we end with a gentle twist to unravel the spine and a relaxation.
