Heat is a catalyst for change. During this yoga class we create lots of heat! Heat through core work at the beginning of class, heat through really fast and fun Sun Salutations, heat through holding some yoga poses for a minute at a time, like Dolphin pose, Warrior 1/ Virabhadrasana I, Warrior II and Warrior III and Chair pose / Utkatasana..
