Fundamentals of yoga: hips and groins

Sequence to help open the groins. Starting in Supta Badakonasana, there will be a few supine excercises to access and stretch the groin area, this will then be applied to some standing poses (Warrior II (Virabadrasana II), Triangle (Trikonasana), and Extended side angle(Uttita Parsvakonasana).
