Starting off with around 20 min focus on the breath and some Yin yoga poses to open the hips and upper back. We then move into a strong flow in which we keep a light attention on the breath all the time, while allowing for everything else to be there too. On a physical level opening the hips further and also preparing for a stronger backbend like Urdhva Dhanurasana. Lunge Salutations, Sun Salutations A+B, Standing poses like Warrior I, II, III, Half moon pose / Ardha Chandrasana, Parvritta Ardha Chandrasana and Flying Pigeon Pose. We will again finish with some Yin yoga to observe what the previous stirred up and to ground the energy. Enjoy this long and delicious class yogi's, Time will fly!
