Pranayamas for balancing energies

This guided breathing sequence is very versatile and is perfect for calming the mind after a busy day and prepare for rest... as well as in the morning for centering and balancing energies for the day. It starts with Surya Bhedana (Inhale Right / Exhale Left), follows to Chandra Bhedana (Inhale Left / Exhale Right) and finishes with a full balancing alternating nostril pranayama (not Nadi Shodhana) to restore the Balance.
