Very enjoyable class with lots of twists and some balancing poses with a twist too! You'll energize and release. You'll practice variations of Parivrtta Parsvakonasana / Revolved Side Angle pose, Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana / Revolved Half Moon Pose, Parivrtta Hasta Padangustasana / Revolved Hand to Foot Pose, Pincha Mayurasana / Forearm Balance or Dolphin Pose and much more. We'll finish with a sweet Yoga Nidra, in which you are given the chance to release something that holds you back in life. Join me! Props needed: Block
