Dynamic paced Vinyasa class especially for morning practice to get everything moving. Including Sun Salutations / Suryanamaskar A and B, Warrior / Vihrabhadrasana 1, 2 and 3 and Upward Bow Pose or Wheel / Urdhva Dhanurasana.
