A robust and energising yoga sequence to get the prana, the energy flowing around your body. Starting with a few rounds of the ujayii breath and then moving into down dog movements which build the energy levels as you are guided through Andrew's sun salutations. Following this are flowing triangles, transitions to 'wild thing' and a strong arm/foot balance with a twist! The practice slows down to finish with variations of headstand leading if you want to into a full headstand.
