Pregnancy yoga for the experienced yogi

Vinyasa flow with adaptation for pregnancy. Listen to your body during the flow: never put pressure on your belly, never force a stretch, stay within the comfortable boundaries of your body, if you practice inversions don't stay upside down for too long and also don't practice strong twists. A dynamic class with a lot of standing postures which is a good way to keep you strong during pregnancy. We finish with a breathing practice and a long relaxation.
