Morning yoga flow: happy hips

Warm up the spine with a cat cobra flow, open up the side body for deeper breathing with modified side plank pose, further heat the body with a few rounds of Sun Salutations A. We add in some hip opening standing poses, for different levels, a heart opener to energize further, then some further seated hip opener poses to settle the energy again and have a nice refreshing start of the day.
