Let your body and mind integrate in this balanced practice where we fuse elements of stillness and joy. We start with the Butterfly posture to move into a strong Sun Salutation practice. The Swan posture is practiced with a "twist", to move into a shoulder stand preparation using a chair. The spine is moved in every direction, ending the practice with Fire Fly posture - with another twist!
