Find your inner strength

During this short yoga class we challenge ourselves, our strength and resilience by holding different yoga poses for 1 minute at a time. With the three Warrior poses, Plank pose, Downward Facing Dog Pose, Standing Forward Fold, etc.. Feel your Warrior strength challenged, increased and enjoy the settling of body and mind as a result of the longer holds.. Props needed: 2 blocks.
