Be bolder with your shoulders

A yoga practice which invites an openness to your shoulders and chest as you develop strength and confidence with this routine. Starting with some down dog and plank variations, be joyfully led to an eagle warrior fusion, deep shoulder opening forwards bends and then back down onto the mat to explore dolphin variations. The finale of the sequence are some deep shoulder/chest openers inverted, using the wall.
