Handstand 3: flexibility

A great class to loosen the shoulder girdle and upper back. Parts of the body that are very helpful to be open when you practice handstand. When those body parts are open, you won't have any muscle ache later on. We finish with some hamstring openings. This yoga class is also great to do at the end of a day in front of your computer, the difference is wonderful!! Props needed: A thick towel or blanket, bolster or pillows and a wall.
