Take the plunge to lunge, a quadracep experience

Develop more flexibility in your quadraceps (which is important for a healthy back and forward bends) with this groovy lunging experience. Starting with some releasing lunges followed by sun salutations incorporating both high and low lunges, the class evolves with quad lengthening variations of gecko and pigeon posture leading to King Arthur posture using the wall. The practice finishes with a short relaxation.
